Sanitisers, and mask stations
The ongoing health
emergency forces you to maintain a higher level of hygiene irrespective of the
fact that you are inviting 50 or 200 people. You should sanitise the venue
where the marriage ceremony will take place and put a sanitisation equipment
stand near the main gate where you place small bottles of sanitisers and
disposable masks for the guests.
Stay in touch with your vendors
You must stay in
continuous communication with your vendors to ensure that they are taking the
necessary precaution while they are making the food or serving them to the
guests? Whether the decorators are following the strict social distancing
protocol as well as wearing masks on their faces at all times? Is your make-up
artist also taking the Covid 19 safety protocols seriously? You can ensure that
all the vendors are doing their best to ensure that everybody safe by being in constant
communication with them.
Travel
Traveling to a new
place on your honeymoon is a beautiful experience if it is planned right. Make
sure that you book your hotel rooms, train/train tickets well in advance. You
should know the safety protocols that are being taken in that part where you
want to go and what kind of documents you will need to stay there.
Venue
As the winter months
are approaching, and if your wedding ceremony takes place either during the evening
or night then you must hire an indoor venue to save your guests from the winter
chills. As it is an intimate wedding, make sure that the venue size is not very
large, but spacious enough for everybody to enjoy cozy wedding ceremony.
Room Heaters
The chill factor
especially in the northern part of India is very high during the winter months,
therefore you must have room heaters available to keep your guests warm and
comfortable.
