6). One or two days before the actual wedding, you must assign certain tasks to your family members and friends, like greeting the guests when they arrive, someone who should assign them their table, someone who should pick them up from the airport station and so on.

If you follow this list, then you will be able to do the task quite easily with time to spare. However, if you are doing all these things at very short notice, then everything has to be hurried. It can affect the quality of the service and the ambiance you get if you are not experienced enough in this field to organise such a big event in such a short period.
